Panic Attack!

I am having a Panic Attack!!!
For some reason, my computer is not reading any of my memory cards from my camera!
I was going to post pictures from last night; my computer won't let me!!!!
AHHHHHH!!!!!
Panic Attack is setting in and I am unsure of the next step to take. Going to try to turn off the computer and walk away for a minute. Hopefully the Computer gods will smile down upon my desk and make all well in my world! We'll see.......
