A Hairy Post!

Yesterday I tried a new thing with the girls' hair.  It is suppose to look like a heart.
Basically, you make a square and a ponytail out of it then pull it through backwards.  (It will hang in their eyes.)  You make a second square with pony behind.  Then you seperatethe front in half.  You twist those pieces away from the middle and join them back behind the knot.  You add the twisted part to the second pony.  Wha - laaa!  A heart!  I think it will be a cute twist on our regular every day, keep the hair out of Em's eyes pony tail.

For Kat we did three hearts.  It was a little more of a process to do hers.  Here is a link for the instructions The Story of a Princess and Her Hair
It looks a lot better on the website!  And I think it would look better with longer hair.
I like trying out new hair once and a while - my girls don't like to get their hair done very often though.

The poll is closed.

So, 14 of you voted, 9 of you think I should dye my hair dark brown with carmel highlights. So it shall be! Thanks for your input. I have a hard time deciding on how to do my hair, so I like having all of this input! (BTW, who voted for me going natural? I don't think I am very happy about someone wanting to see my grey hairs!)

Next poll - what hairstyle should I have?
Option #1 - The "Ashley Greene" bob. Chin length, all around. A few face framing pieces. (Twilight fans - please no bias on this one!)
Option #2 - Slight A-line bob. Long in front. No bangs.
Option #3 - The "Jenny McCarthy" short bob. Slight A-line in back. Side swept bangs.
Option #4 - The "Mormon Mommy" bob. (Don't get me wrong - I like this one a lot, but it just reminds me of the 'new' mom haircut!) Short all over. Longer layers in front around face, and long side swept bangs.
Option #5 - The "Kate Walsh". Long layers all over. Shoulder length. Face framing.
So there you have it. Vote away! I am excited to see what you all think! I can't decide, I like all of them and that is why I need your help! Thanks!

My Sweet Emma

Emma got her hair cut a couple of weeks ago. I told her we needed to take a picture so her Grandma's could see her pretty hair. What started out as one picture, quickly turned into an impromptu photo shoot! She is a little diva when she wants to be! She was directing me on what pictures to take! Silly, sweet Emma!
