Happy Mother's Day!

Here's a peak at my loot from Mother's Day!  Man, I got spoiled!
Before having children, I always dreamed of the day when I would be overwhelmed by paper bouquets, hand prints, and pictures!
Well, this year did not disappoint!  I got a flower bouquet from Kathryn, poem/magnet with Kisses from both girls from Church (I was the one who actually made all of the magnets for the Primary!), a "Bee autiful" craft from Kat from school, another bouquet from Kat from Art, a wonderful heart card and a handful of precious pics from Emma!
What mom wouldn't love all this?

Also, Kathryn put a 'Spa' together for me!  How amazing!
I got a foot rub, a back massage, a manicure (Bright pink polish included!), and a make-over!
I felt absolutely fab!
Kat, you are so sweet to think of me!
Oh, I also got a Photo shoot! :)
I don't think the pics do my makeup justice!  You can't really tell that I have beautiful purple eyeshadow on!  I don't know how you can miss it!  It was super dark and amazing! :)
You also don't get the full effect of my side pony-tail! ;)
I love how the lipstick and blush really compliment the jewelry Kat picked for me!
Don't ya love the lipstick on my teeth?  Classic!

I hope everyone had a Happy Mother's Day!
I know I did!

More Stuff..

Here's another project I have been working on!  I bought 12x12 cork and stenciled the words "Live", "Learn", "Love" and "Laugh" on them with craft paint.  I made the stencils with my Cricut and used a little spray glue to hold the stencil in place.
I found the white board/cork board @ Michael's for about $14.99 but used a coupon so it ended up being like $9!
This is all hanging above our computer, so it is our little 'office'/ work station.  I am going to try to keep all areas of life seperated - hence the labels I put on!

Also, we bought a new printer!  Isn't she pretty?  Our old one wouldn't scan or fax anymore.  We got it on sale! - Even better!

Now our office is a fully functioning office!
YAY!

It's Over!

I give up. I thought I could do it. I thought I would be able to stick it out. It seemed easy in the beginning, but as the days went on, it got harder. I can't blame anyone but myself. I guess I got a little lazy. Life got in the way and I couldn't keep up.
No more days of Christmas Craft.
I got to 14, I figure that is pretty good. Right?
Kind of like the 12 days of Christmas, you can only come up with so many ideas!
The girls were kind of over it too. My ideas became too similar, and it wasn't worth it!
Life is a little hectic this week. Work, Primary, packing for Utah, finishing up Christmas shopping and all things Christmas-y! I am sure we will still get in some more Christmas crafts, just not every day!
No excuses, I got lazy. That's the bottom line.
